The price shown is calculated using the maximum number of people allowed at the villa. If you have fewer people and are using fewer bedrooms, your rental rate will be adjusted and finalized by our reservationists. Bedrooms are based on double occupancy. Rest assured you may continue with the booking and reserve the villa. All final adjustments will be completed by our on-island reservations staff and a confirmation email with your total will be sent to you.
