If you have fewer people and are using fewer bedrooms, your rental rate will be adjusted and finalized by our reservationists. Bedrooms are based on double occupancy. Rest assured you may continue with the booking and reserve the villa. All final adjustments will be completed by our on-island reservations staff and a confirmation email with your total will be sent to you.

The private suite downstairs is perfect for anyone who would like to be more secluded from the main living area. It can also be closed off as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with full acess to the spa and all decks. Located at the end of a paved and gated private road in the laid-back area above Coral Bay. The West bedroom has a queen size bed. It is decorated with local artists' works as in the rest of the villa.
The West bedroom en suite bath has a glass block shower and granite vanity.
The third bedroom is more private on the lower level. It has a large bathroom and two twin sized beds that can be made into a king bed to accomodate your needs.
